Disclosed is a cosmetic composition including a stabilized effective raw material containing chemical anisotropic powder. The cosmetic composition provides a solution to overcome an issue associated with discoloration and change of smell of the effective raw material caused by an external condition including pH and salts, in a process for formulating the effective raw materials. In addition, the cosmetic composition also maintains the threshold value thereof, and prevents degradation in a viscosity increasing system. Thus, it is possible to provide the cosmetic composition having stabilized formula in which integration and phase separation of emulsified particles do not occur.
