PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation responsiveness of an engine by eliminating electric charge of lubricating oil or fuel.SOLUTION: A strainer (2) for lubricating oil or fuel is disposed on a bottom portion in a tank (1) for storing lubricating oil or fuel, and the tank (1) and the lubricating oil or fuel (4) stored in the tank (1) charge positively. A self-discharge type static eliminator (10) is installed on a bottom wall outer surface (8) of the tank (1) abutting on the back side of a bottom wall inner surface (7) of the tank (1) opposing to the strainer (2). The self-discharge type static eliminator (10) eliminates the electric charge of the lubricating oil or fuel (4) made to flow into the strainer (2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
