PURPOSE:To realize the high speed feed in a passbook cutform printer by reducing noise during feed and clamp pressure at the time of the feed of the cutform. CONSTITUTION:In a passbook cutform printer holding the passbook and curform medium inserted from a medium insertion and discharge port between a plurality of feed rollers and the pressure rollers (20,21,22) arranged in opposed relation to the feed rollers and respectively independently turned ON/OFF to be pressed to the feed rollers to feed the same to a printing part, judging means (sensors 32,33) judging whether the inserted medium is a passbook or a medium other than the passbook at the time of the insertion of the medium is provided and, when the judging means (sensors 32,33) judge the medium other than the passbook, all of the pressure rollers (20,21,22) are simultaneously subjected to ON/ OFF control. |
