PURPOSE:To attain the signal transmission at the outside and the inside of a water-proof case without provision of an aperture through which a transmis sion wire is inserted to the water-proof. CONSTITUTION:A video signal sent from a video camera 102 contained in a water-proof case 101 is converted into an optical signal by a transmission section 4 arranged in a window 103, and sent to the outside of the window section 103, received by a reception section 3 arranged at the outside of the window section 103 and converted into an electric signal, and it is sent to a video monitor 1. |
