PURPOSE:To enable even an unskilled person to easily produce a systematized code system for a coding job by using a method which selects the choices shown in images. CONSTITUTION:A guidance 2 is shown at an image display part for selection YES or NO, and the guidances 3 and 4 are shown for YES and NO respectively for the second selection of YES or NO. The procedure proceeds to the control subsystems 5-8 through those preceding selection jobs. Then the code contents are stored in the storage parts 9 and 10 controlled by each subsystem. Otherwise a reference form 11 and a code table 12 are outputted. Thus even an unskilled person can easily sort the codes. In addition, the undesired contents stored in the storage parts can be reduced due to a proper code sorting job. Then the capacity of the storage parts can be reduced. |
