PURPOSE:To obtain an ultrasonic motor whose operation is stable by carefully selecting a location for mounting a lead wire to a piezoelectric body. CONSTITUTION:A part which projects from adjacent electrodes a1 and b1 is provided at a part of an electrode C of 1/4 wavelength which is generated for allowing phases of A and B electrode groups to be different by 90 degrees and then the part is used as a location for mounting a lead wire for supplying power to the A and B electrode groups, thus obtaining an ultrasonic motor with a stable operation. |
