<p>Continuous heat or molten exchange processes or chemical reactions are carried out under the influence of vibrations by means of which a solid phase, which is present or produced in the process, is separated from a fluid phase and removed from the reaction zone. The vibration generating means of the vibration conveyor (worm conveyor with unbalance, pipe, gutter) is pref. rigidly connected to the reaction vessel. An additional agitator may be provided in the reaction vessel. The bottom of a worm conveyor or conveyor gutter may be a sieve plate.</p> |
