PURPOSE:To discount charging in case when a speech quality has dropped, by measuring a drop degree of the speech quality, and informing this result to an automobile general exchange, in a mobile body radio telephone system. CONSTITUTION:Instantaneous out-off of receiving field intensity from a mobile equipment 1 is always measured by a received level measuring instrument 3 of a radio base station 2, and in case wien instantaneous cut-off has occurred, it is informed to a number of times of allowable level measuring instrument 4. Also, in case when a tone quality has dropped due to higher harmonic contained in a sound signal, the tone quality is measured by a tone quality level inspecting device 5, and in ase when the high harmonic has exceeded and allowable level, it is informed to the measuring instrument 4. Frequency stored in the measuring instrument 4 is informed to a charging time controller 7 of an automobile telephone general network exchange 6, by which control of a charging time is executed, and a call time per unit tariff is extended. A received radio wave whose allowable level is measured by the inspecting device 5 are sent to general subscribers through a radio line control station 8 and the exchange 6. |
