PURPOSE:To improve measuring reproducibility by introducing a sample without moving a capillary in the capillary which is used for capillary cataphoresis. CONSTITUTION:A switching valve 2 is connected to a capillary 1, two systems of electrode liquid baths 7 and 8 are tied up by tubes 3 and 4 through it, and then a system for connecting one capillary is selected. One electrode liquid 5 is placed at the same height as that of a sample and the other electrode liquid 6 is placed at a position with an elevation difference, thus enabling a sample 10 to be introduced into the capillary 1 only while the switching valve 2 is connected to channels 12-14. |
