PURPOSE:To obtain a vulcanized rubber product, the warpage of which is eliminated and the adhesion of which is excellent, by a method wherein green rubber composition is charged in a forming mold and polyvinyl chloride imitation leather, on the polyvinyl chloride coated surface of which gum arabic is applied, is placed on the top surface of the composition under the condition that its polyvinyl chloride coated surface faces inside, so as to be glued to the rubberized surface simultaneously with the vulcanization of the green rubber composition and finally the base fabric of the polyvinyl chloride imitation leather is peeled off. CONSTITUTION:Green rubber composition 2 is metered in advance by the amount as much as allowing to produce rubber fin and charged in a forming mold 4. After that, polyvinyl chloride imitation leather 1, on the polyvinyl chloride film coated surface of which gum arabic is applied, is placed on the top surface of the composition under the condition that its polyvinyl chloride film 11 coated surface faces inside. Under the condition as just mentioned above, an upper mold 3 closes the mold so as to apply heat and pressure in order to glue the polyvinyl chloride film 11 of the polyvinyl chloride imitation leather onto the rubber 2. And, after the upper mold 3 is opened, foil-like part (f) is completely separated from rubber product by being caught in the base fabric 10, by peeling off the base fabric 10, in which finned rubber 21 is caught, of the polyvinyl chloride imitation leather.
