PURPOSE:To allow a participant easily to take part in a conference by illustrating the relation of utterance as a graph with a reference utterance code representing the relation between the utterance and the utterance code indicating the sequence of utterance. CONSTITUTION:An utterance is inputted and utterance data are extracted from a storage device 3 storing the utterance data based on attribute information of the utterance and the utterance is displayed on a display device 5. In this case, an utterance code representing the order of utterance during a conference and a reference utterance code relating to the utterance are added to the utterance by an attribute information addition section 6, and the relation of the utterance is extracted from the utterance data based on the utterance code and the reference utterance code. Then, an utterance identification code identifying the utterance is used as a node, nodes are tied with a line segment including an arrow shown in a graph and the utterance identification code desired on the graph is pointed out to display the utterance corresponding to the utterance identification code is displayed on the display device 5. Moreover, the indication of nodes on the graph is changed by a kind of the utterance based on the attribute information representing the kind of the utterance and the desired utterance identification code is designated to display the relevant utterance onto the display device 5. |
