PURPOSE:To maintain the water resistance and chemical resistance, without discoloration or deterioration of a letter even by UV rays, and slide a thermal head smooth and prolong the service life by a method wherein a peeling paper is stuck to one surface of a base sheet and a protective layer of a normal temperature curing type silicone resin wherein a UV absorber is dispersed on a heat sensitizer layer is provide on the other surface. CONSTITUTION:In a printing tape T, peeling paper 5 is stuck to one surface of a base sheet 3 through an adhesive layer 4, a coloring heat sensitive layer 2 is formed of a heating element of a thermal head and a protective layer 6 comprised of a normal temperature curing silicone resin wherein a UV absorber is dispersed is provided on the heat sensitive layer 2. Therefore, the thermal head performs printing while sliding relatively on the protective layer 6 on the heat sensitizer 2 of the printing tape T and relative sliding is performed extremely smoothly without being worn through sliding properties, heat resistance and flexibility which are possessed by the such protective layer 6. Then resistance and keeping properties of the printing tape T and improved by an action of the UV absorber. |
