Calorific dissipator thermal control for cooling electronic power components

The thermal control has cooling fluid passing through a lower unit, and forming vapour when heated up. The vapour rises through a tube (3) and is condensed in a condenser. An upper section of the vapour tube has a cavity (15) sealed by a brazing pastil (14). The pastil has a fusion temperature slightly above those used in the dissipator.
