PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an efficient bit error rate measurement test by reporting and outputting a bit error rate by appealing to hearing. SOLUTION: While radio signals including PN code signals are received by an antenna 1, the reception signals are amplified in a radio part 2 and the PN code signals are taken out from the amplified reception signals in a demodulation part 3, the PN code signals for the measurement of the bit error rate are generated from a signal generation part 4. Then, the PN code signals from the demodulation part 3 and the PN code signals from the signal generation part 4 are compared in a comparison part 5, a control part 6 calculates the bit error rate based on the compared result and a reporting sound generation part 8 outputs reporting sound corresponding to the calculated bit error rate from a speaker 9. In such a manner, the measured bit error rate is reported and outputted by the kinds of the reporting sound and an operator confirms a measured result even from a separated position. |
