PURPOSE: A skid preventing device lights on an emergency lamp to make a driver of a following car drives protectively and operates a braking device to prevent a car body from skidding on sudden brake. CONSTITUTION: A skid preventing device comprises a sudden brake detecting sensor(20), a distance detecting sensor(40), skid detecting sensors(80,90), a controller(100), an emergency lamp(110), a driving motor(120) and a braking device(130). The sudden brake detecting sensor(20) comprises a housing(21), a bottom bracket(22), a ball bearing(23) and a switch(24) to be activated on a sudden brake of a brake pedal(10). The controller(100) compares and analyzes signals from the sensors(20,40,80,90) with preset values. The braking device(130) is operated by the driving motor(120).
