A combination of a general purpose cleaner and a binding agent for unpleasant odours due to the special composition of the product which contains the zinc salt of ricinoleic acid, having a composition of water >40%, non-ionic surfactant <5%, anionic surfactant <5%, zinc salt of ricinoleic acid <5% and various solvents 10-20%.
