<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission power control system that prevents transmission powers between base stations from becoming unbalanced due to asynchronization for balance adjustment, when reception timing of transmission power balance control signals differs because of dispersion in transmission delays of the control signals from a control station to each base station, at soft hand-over in a cellular communication system. SOLUTION: Start of a balance adjustment period is controlled from a frame with a frame number CFN, providing an expression for mod (CFN, m×Nperiod)=L (where (m) is a natural number and L is zero or a natural number smaller than m×Nperiods and in common with all base stations), in response to the reception of a control signal, where CFN is the frame number of a transmission frame to a mobile station and Nperiod frame is a balance adjustment period. Thus, calculation timing for the succeeding balance adjustment period is synchronous with each other between the base stations, and the transmission power between the base stations can be balanced.</p> |
