PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color image forming device capable of detecting a resist pattern speedily and accurately. SOLUTION: This color image forming device is provided with a resist pattern generating means for generating a resist pattern in plural exposing means, a detecting means for forming resist patterns formed on plural image stations on a transfer means and detecting the resist patterns on the transfer means, and a displacement correcting means for detecting displacement based on the result detected by the pattern detecting means. The pattern detecting means is composed of a light emitting diode for emitting light to the resist patterns, a photo sensor for detecting the light reflected by the transcribing means, a lens for optically stopping down the light outputted from the light emitting diode and/or the incident light to the photo sensor, and an aperture for optically stopping down the light outputted from the light emitting diode and/or the incident light to the photo sensor. |
