PURPOSE: A tension adjuster by applying the lever rule is provided to improve the quality by manufacturing products evenly with preventing changes of thickness from changes of tension. CONSTITUTION: A lever shaft(8) is connected to a fixing bar(15) and a supporting bar, and a lever(9) is moved in a groove of the fixing bar. An end of the lever is combined with a first roller(5) and a guide rod(10), and the other end of the lever is assembled with a lowering bar(11) connected to a second roller(6). The guide rod is inserted to a guide groove(4) of the supporting bar, and the supporting bar is combined with a third roller(7) and a locking bar(2). Products are manufactured with unwinding raw paper(13) from a raw paper roll(12) and cutting. The quality of products is improved with preventing unevenness of thickness from changes of tension.
