PURPOSE: A vending machine type three-dimensional image display system and a method of providing the system are provided to allow a user to select a watching time and a display device as well as a three-dimensional image or game he wants. CONSTITUTION: A vending machine type three-dimensional image display system includes a central controller(60) for controlling the entire system, an input unit(10) into which a user inserts money or a card, and a communication connection unit(20) communicating with the central controller and the center. The image display system further includes a stereoscopic three-dimensional image output unit(30) for receiving a three-dimensional video signal from the central controller to display a stereoscopic three-dimensional image, and a stereo sound output unit(40) for receiving a stereo sound signal from the central controller to output a stereo sound.
