PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrationproof device capable of keeping the damping performance and durability and reducing the number of parts and processing man-days and making it costless. SOLUTION: In a vibrationfroof device in which a pair of metallic mounting members to be mounted to a vibrating body side and a supportside are stuck by vulcanization through a rubber member, one of mounting members 2 is made by a sheet of rectangular metal plate 4 having a fitting bolt 5 at the central part. The metallic plate 4 is put between both sides of the bolts and folded opposite to the projecting direction of the bolt in the longitudinal both sides 41a, 41b and the near parts 44a, 44b of the both ends are inwardly folded so that the both ends 43a, 43b come into contact with each other and the section having two apexes 45a, 45b is formed in a substantially chevron shape and the both ends 43a, 43b are welded at the contact part 46, and further, a recessed space 47 formed by the contact part and two apexes is buried by a welding material and the apexes 48 are tabularly formed.
