A hydraulic hammer contains a housing with cavities, a ram, a control unit with a valve of phase control, a net accumulator, pressure and drain lines. The ram is divided into face and valve, moreover they are connected between them with the help of a damper. In the housing of hydraulic hammer are made a cocking chamber, which is connected with the force main, an acceleration chamber, which through the valve of phase control is connected with the pressure or with the drain line, a control chamber, which from one side is connected with the control channel, and from other side it has a hydraulic connection through the cocking chamber with force main, in this case the valve of phase control is spring-loaded from one side.
