A fastening apparatus for forms is provided to combine two adjacent side frames of the forms by using a clamp having a lateral portion, upper and lower hammered portions, and a guide slot. A fastening apparatus for forms comprises a body(20), a pin(10), a clamp(30), and a guide member(40). The pin is inserted in holes of side frames of two adjacent forms. The clamp includes a lateral portion(32), upper and lower hammered portions(34a,34b), and a guide slot(36). The lateral portion is formed at one side of the clamp vertically. The upper and lower hammered portions are formed at the top and bottom of the clamp. The guide slot is inclined on the opposite side of the lateral portion. The guide member moves in the guide slot. A side frame of the form is located between the body of the clamp and the lateral portion. The interval between the body of the clamp and the lateral portion become narrower as the clamp moves along the guide slot.
