<p>A method is proposed for accessing a file system and for subsequently presenting to a user a list of files in store, where files in the list are identified by names derived from the contents of the files. In particular the method is suited, in a reprographic apparatus, for access to a file system on a removable storage device and for displaying on the operator screen of the apparatus, the list of files on the storage device, the files being available for selection for printing by the operator.</p> |
