PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible-rigid printed circuit board with excellent electric properties and high reliability, which has the features of a flexible board and a rigid board together and improves the reliability of connection by a connection component, its manufacturing method, and an electronic device loaded with such a flexible-rigid printed circuit board. SOLUTION: The flexible-rigid printed circuit board includes: a connection board provided with a hard connection insulation part laminated and formed on the end part of the flexible board 20 and a connection conductor layer stacked on the connection insulation part and fitted to an inner side rigid base material; and the connection component 10 for connecting the connection conductor layer and an outer side rigid conductor layer 44 that an outer side rigid base material has. An outer side rigid insulation layer that the outer side rigid base material has is extended from the end face position of the inner side rigid base material and laminated on the connection board.
