PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion die adapted to be used to manufacture a thick rubber-made tube, and a manufacturing process of a rubber-made tube using it, and an extrusion method of a non-vulcanizing rubber tape using it. SOLUTION: In the extrusion die, the outlet of an extruding hole for extruding a non-vulcanizing rubber is formed in a slit shape, the inlet shape of the extruding hole is formed at the peripheral edge of the outlet in the shape widened in a predetermined length over the entire periphery, the extruding hole is constituted of a throttle part continuously narrowed from the inlet toward the outlet, and a nozzle part from this throttle part to the outlet, the predetermined length is set to become wider from the central part of the outlet toward the end part and to become wider from the one end part of the outlet to the other end part.
