A needle having a hook is provided to insert thread by rotating a rotating handle from one side to other side after hanging the hook installed on a top of an eye of the needle pivotally. A needle(1) having a hook includes a needle main body(10) in which hole is formed on an upper part of an eye of the needle and a hanging hook(20) moving thread from one side to other side and installed on a hole pivotally. A lower part of the main body is formed with a sharp form and includes a needle eye(11) inserting the thread. The hanging hook is a member moving the thread from one side to other side.
