PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an IC chip capable of time-sequentially and continuously tracing the occurrence state of a plurality of interruption signals at the upstream side of an interruption controller with a relatively simple configuration.SOLUTION: In an IC chip 1, an interruption controller 14 successively selects an interruption signal to be output from a plurality of processing modules 13 one by one, and inputs the selected interruption to a CPU 11. A monitoring circuit 21 detects the interruption signal to be output from the plurality of processing modules 13 to the interruption controller 14, and outputs the detection information of the interruption signal as a data packet. A debug interface 22 outputs the data packet to be output from the monitoring circuit 21 as well as the data packet of the trace data to be output from the CPU 11 to an external debug device 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
