The present invention relates to a tire building drum and an apparatus for disassembling and assembling the building drum and, more specifically, to a tire building drum and an apparatus for disassembling and assembling the building drum, wherein a simplified structure of the apparatus can reduce the disassembling and assembling procedure of the building drum and minimize the abnormality and check of the assembling function, thereby improving the operation ratio of facilities. The present invention is composed of a tire building drum (100) and an apparatus (200) for assembling and disassembling the building drum. The tire building drum (100) comprises: an upper holder (2) having a drum shaft (1); a plurality of drum segments (3) fixed and mounted along the circumference of the upper holder (2); a lower holder (4) fixed and mounted on the upper holder (2) and the drum segments (3); and a fixing unit (5) for fixing the upper and lower holders (2, 4) and connection portions (3a) of the drum segments (3). The apparatus (200) for assembling and disassembling the building drum comprises: a rotation plate (21) for rotating the lower holder (4) of the tire building drum (100); drum segment support pins (22); and tire support plates (23), wherein the rotation plate (21), while being operated by the linkage to a clamp cylinder (26) and a position adjusting cylinder (27) through a shaft (24) and a link (25), rotates the lower holder (4) in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction through the coupling between a key (9) of the lower holder (4) and a key groove (20) of the rotation plate (21), thereby fastening and coupling clamp blocks (7a, 7b) of the upper and lower holders (2, 4) or unfastening and uncoupling the clamp blocks (7a, 7b). |
