PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatize so that a paint material does not stick to a reverse surface and a handling part of a painting object, by uniformly coating the paint material on a desired place of the painting object.SOLUTION: A paint material is coated on a painting object by positioning and placing the painting object on a tray by forming the area of the tray larger than the painting object. A mask is also formed in the same as the size of the tray or larger than that, and the paint material does not stick to a reverse surface of the tray due to being coated so that a coating pattern does not protrude from the tray or the mask, and a series of automatization up to drying from coating can be attained due to handling while placing the painting object still on the tray.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
