Baby and child complementary food to increase oral tolerance of lactoproteins

Cereal-dairy or dairy-cereal complementary food with optimized of milk component consist of goat's milk and goat's proteins excluding cow proteins, use of which on the end of the 4th month of life infants increased oral tolerance of lactoproteins. The protein profile of milk component is treated with a goat alpha-sl-casein value in the range of 10 mg to 200 mg of alpha-sl-casein in 100 mL of served complementary food.
