PURPOSE:To control the opening of a valve for takeout of steam so as to reduce the fluctuation of pressure and the fluctuation of quantity of steam supplied by detecting the pressure of a steam separator and the vicinity of a facility making use of heat. CONSTITUTION:A steam separator 7 is provided with a first pressure detector 12, which detects the pressure, and a pipe line L3 is provided with a second pressure detector 16, which detects the pressure on the side nearer to a facility 9 making use of heat than a valve 14 for takeout of steam. The detection result of the first pressure detector 12 and the detection result of the second pressure detector 16 are sent out to a control means 18 via lines L11 and L13, respectively. A control means 18 sets the opening of the valve 14 by a specified mode, and opens or closes the valve 14 to the opening being set via line L15. What is more, for others, the heat exchanger 5 of the cooler 4, a cooling water pipe line L1, and a pump 6 are the same as the conventional device, beside the anode 2, the cathode 3, and the cooler 4 of the fuel battery 1 being the components of the device. |
