摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent overheating damage of the filter at the regeneration time by accurately obtaining a combustible rate of the particulate after regeneration through fuzzy resoning, minutely correcting a regeneration timing, and avoiding excessive capturing of the particulates. CONSTITUTION:In an exhaust emission control device, particulates in exhaust gas is captured by a filter F, the particulates are ignited by a heating means H with a specified timing, and the filter is regenerated through combustion of supplied regenerating gas. A combustible rate estimating means A fuzzy reasons a combustible rate of the particulates after regeneration of the filter F based on condition parameters of each part of an internal combustion engine. A regeneration timing correcting means B corrects the next regeneration timing according to the estimated combustible rate. As a result, regeneration is executed at a proper timing preventing excessive increase of a temperature at the regeneration time of the filter, and preventing the damage of the filter.</p>
