The separate trouser sections mfd. in stretch material can have the direction of stretch in any direction. Pref. the elasticated material is only in the upper region of the trousers i.e. as far as the crutch and the direction of stretch runs around the body circumference. Extra elastic threads mfd. from natural or synthetic rubber can be used to reinforce the wasitband.
