<p>PURPOSE:To join a piezoelectric ceramic and a metal plate strongly, improve reliability under high-temperature and high-humidity environment, and further prevent the amount of displacement on application of voltage from decreasing. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of piezoelectric ceramics 10 where an electrode layer 11 is formed on both upper and lower surfaces and a plurality of metal plates 14 where a solder plating layer 13 is formed on both upper and lower surfaces so that they are connected to the electrode layer are superposed alternately to manufacture a piezoelectric laminated body 12, the piezoelectric laminated body is heated in pressed state and the solder of a solder plated layer is melted, and then the melted solder is cooled and coagulated, thus joining the piezoelectric ceramics and the metal plates.</p> |
