PURPOSE:To obtain a laser device of a stabilized output by a method wherein a reference bench to determine the optical axis of a laser device, a laser resonator consisting of a laser tube, a total reflection mirror, and a semi-transmitting mirror which are arranged thereon, and a blower which makes uniform the temperature of each part thereof are provided inside a case. CONSTITUTION:The laser tube 3, the total reflection mirror 2a, and the semi- transmitting mirror 2b are installed on the reference bench 1 by means of supporting plates 4, which are placed in the case 5. Further, the blower 7 is provided in the case 5, the inner temperature of the case 5 is made uniform by this blower 7, thus contriving to reduce the temperature gradient of each part. |
