PURPOSE:To improve the resolving power and attain a uniform ink film by etching intersection parts of screen lines in shadow parts so that cells are connected to one another. CONSTITUTION:Intersection parts 1 of screen lines in shadow parts are etched and are included in cells, and consequently, cells are connected to one another, and banks 3 are islanded. A resist halftone image divided by lines is formed to etch intersection patts 1. Thus, dot % is raised to improve the resolving power without changing the number of screen lines neither the width of banks at all, and blur of characters or the like is prevented. Further, since ink is put on equal positions of intersections, the problem of the unevenness of the ink film between these positions and positions corresponding to cells is resolved. |
