PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous operation, etc. by allowing an original-copy transporting means to stop when the succeeding original copy does not arrive within a prescribed time after an original copy is carried-out. CONSTITUTION:An original-copy switch 203 is installed onto a part of an original-copy base 2, and the existence of an original-copy 202 on the original-copy base 2 is detected. A detector 123 is installed onto a belt 211, and the passing of the original copy 202 is detected, and when the succeeding original copy 202 does not arrive within a prescribed time after the original copy 202 is carried- out, a roller 205 is brought into stop. Therefore, when the original copy 202 is exhausted, copying is automatically completed, and erroneous operation, etc. are prevented. |
