PURPOSE:To improve heat resistance and weather resistance by using a sulfochlorinated polyolefine lacquer for the top coating processing agent. CONSTITUTION:A top coating processing is executed by using a sulfochlorinated polyolefine lacquer for an edge base material processed with a binder such as melamine resin together with a diaphragm through a dyeing, a processing and a filling up process. As the sulfochlorinated polyolefine lacquer, a sulfochlorinated polyethylene lacquer, a sulfochlorinated polypropylene lacquer, a sulfochlorinated ethylene propylene diene copolymer latex, etc., are used. |
