PURPOSE:To acquire plastic magnet which is resistant to oxidation even in high humidity environment and has stable magnetic properties by performing complex coating of silane-titanate polymer and metal alkoxide as magnetic powder and by thermally treating thereafter. CONSTITUTION:In plastic magnetic composition which contains organic binder and Nd-Fe-B magnetic powder, complex coating is carried out by silane-titanate polymer and metal alkoxide as Nd-Fe-B magnetic powder, and is thermally treated thereafter. SiO2-TiO2 oxide and amorphous metallic oxide are formed in two layers through the complex coating treatment, thereby forming a coating layer without a pin hole. Nd-Fe-B plastic magnetic composition which provides a plastic magnet which is extremely resistant to oxidation in severe environment of high humidity and has stable magnetic characteristics can be acquired in this way. |
