PURPOSE:To eliminate adverse influence on an internal-combustion engine by providing output signals from a power detector, a pulse generator and a time limit unit to a controller in order to operate generators in parallel while synchronizing with commercial power supply and controlling the outputs from the generators, in step, only when the internal combustion engine is started. CONSTITUTION:When the output from a generator 2 reaches a power set value 12Po, a pulse generator 5a and a time limit unit 5b are actuated. A time T1 to be elapsed before the output from the generator 13 reaches 50% of rated value is preset and the number of pulses is counted during the time interval. Output from an AND 5c is then provided to a controller 6 in order to sustain constant light load operation. Upon elapse of the set time T1, output from the generator 2 is blocked from increasing for a time interval T2. Upon elapse of the time interval T2, the time limit unit 5b confirms warming of an internal combustion engine 1 and then the output from the generator increases toward a constant full load output during a time interval T3. When the output of genera tor reaches a constant set output, the time limit unit 5b stops provision of output and the AND 5c is turned OFF, thus sustaining the generator output, as it is, through the controller. |
