PURPOSE:To provide the manufacture of a rubber hose, while the rubber hose with the resin tube in innermost layer may be continuously vulcanized and formed, and moreover the hose without curl may be effectively produced. CONSTITUTION:The resin with the dielectric loss-factor of at most 5X10<-2> at the frequency of 3,000MHz is extruded by a resin-extruding machine 6. After the resin tube has been adhesion-treated, the rubber-layer of at least one layer is laminated on the outer peripheral surface of the tube by the extrusion of a rubber-extruding machine 10. Heat is selectively generated only in the rubber layer of the hose-body in a microwave heating tank 11, and then the rubber layer is vulcanized. |
