A spacer is provided to keep the interval between a reinforcing bar and a reinforcing bar, or, a reinforcing bar and the concrete bottom regularly by seating a reinforcing bar in a housing groove and to execute bar arrangement quickly by excluding the necessity of an additional coupler for a spacer and a reinforcing bar by fixing with a reinforcing bar by using plural binding wires. The spacer(100) contains a main body(110) formed in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped and provided with a housing groove(112) to set a reinforcing bar stably and coupling grooves(114) to fix binding wires, and binding wires(120) inserted to the coupling grooves of the main body partially and projected to the top of the main body partially and tied up to prevent the separation of the spacer and the reinforcing bar after a reinforcing bar is set on the housing groove.
