PURPOSE: To provide an automatic certification issuing machine enabling a user to receive a required certificate of one's sealimpression even from an autonomous community in an area other than his (or her) resident area. CONSTITUTION: A CPU 13 reads out sealimpression data with plural degrees of resolution, official stamp data and a lord name stored in an IC chip of a user's IC card and develops data corresponding to the resolution of a laser printer 11 which are stored in a hard disk 17 in a printing page memory to execute printing.
