The tiles can be used in the finishing stage of construction work. It is based on synthetic resin, mineral fillers abd additives. The first layer is both face, decorative, water impermeable and supporting, and the second one has about 1% water absorbing ability and servers for ensuring satisfactory and lasting cohesion to the supporting surfaces when using the traditional building binding materials. According to the method, 2-2.3 vol.% of sand filler with maximum grain sizes of 0.5 mm is added to a prepared in accordance with the requirements resin. After stirring, the mixture is cast as a first layer in a mould. After the jellification of the first layer, a second, containing 1 vol.% resin and 2.5-3 vol.% filler of coarse-grained sand, cement and mineral powder is cast. After the beginning of jellification of the second layer, coarse-grain sand or fine mosaic particles are sprinkled on its surface.
