PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a liquid crystal display module, eliminate an assembly stage for connectors for connection of printed circuit boards and flexible printed circuits, and decrease the number of assembly stages over the entire part by subjecting gate drive signals or data drive signals to an integral processing with one integrated printed circuit board. SOLUTION: The gate drive signals or data drive signals are subjected to the integral processing with the one integrated printed circuit board 260. This tape carrier package includes a base substrate, a gate drive IC 212, input patterns 213 for impressing the input gate drive signals from outside to the gate drive IC 212, first output patterns 214 for outputting the gate drive signal inputted to the gate drive IC 212 and second output patterns 215 for outputting the gate drive signals bypassing the gate drive IC 212. The gate drive IC 212, input patterns 213 and output patterns 214 and 215 described above are formed on the base substrate.
