PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for realizing a service to have the arrangement of information carried out by an arranger along client's desires. SOLUTION: When a server 104 is requested for arrangement of music from a user of terminal equipment 102 connected via a network 101 thereto, one person is selected from the arrangers using terminal equipment 103 and the selected arranger is requested for the arrangement of the requested music. The music arranged by the arranger is received via the network 10 and is sent via the network 101 to the terminal equipment 102 used by the user (client) who requests the arrangement. The user of the terminal equipment 102 is thus provided with the arrangement service.
