SOLUTION: This real estate searching system, for constituting it as its feature, has a storage means 3 which has an attribute collation file for which a collation standard is set regarding the relation between attribute data items of the person who needs housing and a real estate merchandise pattern classification file 10, and which has a limit collation file 14, a collation instruction means 2 which provides instructions to collate attribute data items of the individual person who needs housing with the attribute collation file, and to collate limit data items of the individual person who need housing with the output result, a processor means 4 for processing the collation, an input means 1 and an output means 5. |
