<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce flameproof and waterproof sheet where color clarity and cotton-like feeling are hardly impaired, whitening is difficult to occur and is useful for a tent projecting from the eaves, a sunshade tent, or the like by forming a transparent, waterproof and flameproof covering layer on colored (or having colored pattern) acrylic fiber foundation cloth. SOLUTION: This flameproof and waterproof sheet is produced by forming a transparent, waterproof and flameproof covering layer including a transparent polyester-based thermoplastic resin having <=10 deg.C glass transition temperature, 30-70 wt.% bromine-based flame retardant [e.g. tris(2,3-dibromopropyl) isocyanurate] having <=140 deg.C melting point and being able to form a transparent mixture with the above resin and 5-20 wt.% phosphorus compound-including flame retardant aid [e.g. tris(2-chloroethyl)phosphate] in a quantity of 50-200 g/m2 per one surface on at least one surface of colored (or having colored pattern) acrylic fiber foundation cloth.</p> |
