PURPOSE:To suppress reduction of insulation resistance by diesel particulates in exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION:Cleaning air is supplied from an air supplying direct hole 33 and a blowing up port 34 serving as an air leading part being arranged in the vicinity of the surface of an insulator 3 onto the surface of the insulator 3 which is positioned around an electrode pole 42. It is thus possible to prevent the surface of the insulator 3 from being brought in contact with exhaust gas including diesel particulates so as to maintain insulation property of the electrode pole 42 in good condition.
